Germania Park Phase Three

Germania Park Phase 3 focuses on Harper Street (from Third Avenue to the western terminus); Fifth Avenue (from Brooks Street to Harper Street) and Seventh Avenue (from Harper Street to the southern terminus). Most of the City-owned infrastructure is original and between 50 and 75 years old, with a few exceptions--PIne Street and some residential streets on the east side of Third Avenue.

Before the start of the overall Germania Park project, a comprehensive communications and engagement effort took place with community members in the area.
