Hilltop Planning Area Study

The Hilltop Planning Area Study is designed to identify the vision and direction for future development in the hilltop neighborhood (the area bound by Madison Avenue, Victory Drive, Main Street and the bluff line west of Crocus Street). The study will evaluate neighborhood recommendations and concerns, existing issues and future land use plans.

The City of Mankato is seeking input from neighborhood property owners, organizations/businesses, residents and general interested parties to provide direction for the area study and the vision of the hilltop neighborhood.
